Bunnings in Australia is seeking a Senior Supervisor to partner with the leadership team, ensuring a safe, stocked store and strong customer experience. This full-time role involves rotating shifts across mornings, days and evenings seven days a week to deliver the best customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required; coach and guide team members on the shop floor.
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty.
• Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes.
• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job.
