Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to lead JAPAC for our growing Solutions Engineering team. You will act as a product expert, guiding customers and prospects through our marketing data solutions and value proposition, while collaborating with Sales to drive strategic partnerships.

You will stay current on product releases, train new hires, and translate customer needs into product development priorities, ensuring our solutions stay ahead in the evolving MarTech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical customer-facing role in SaaS or agency background.
• Solid understanding of the MarTech/AdTech landscape including ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey the value of technical solutions to marketing professionals and executives.
• Clear understanding of SQL and SQL-based analytics; Python, R, or dbt knowledge is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools and cloud data warehouses and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert when presenting Supermetrics' product range to customers and prospects.
• Make business and technical outcomes clear for stakeholders across marketing.
• Stay current on product releases and train teammates on new features.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to product development.
• Build deep product knowledge and collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues.
• Understand the data stack and rapidly learn new systems relevant to MarTech to support the sales team.
