Job summary
Marketplacer is seeking a Solutions Engineer for our APAC Sales team. You’ll bridge business strategy and technical capability, provide tailored product demonstrations, and articulate how our platform drives ROI for enterprise clients.
Ideal candidates are technically savvy with e‑commerce or SaaS, excel at customer engagement, and influence deals while leveraging AI to enhance solutions. Remote‑first and globally collaborative, with opportunities to grow in a fast‑evolving market.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in technical pre‑sales or solutions engineering with focus on win‑rate and deal quality.
- 4–5 years experience or comparable experience.
- Background in e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces, or related SaaS tech.
- Strong understanding of APIs, headless architecture, integration patterns and data flows.
- Ability to translate complex tech concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Willingness to use AI and develop AI capabilities.

- Act as the lead technical dynamic in sales meetings.
- Run tailored product demonstrations
- Lead technical discovery sessions
