Job summary

SimCorp APAC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer at Director level to take functional ownership of deals across the region, guiding the sales workstream end‑to‑end and engaging executive stakeholders to shape opportunities.

You will mentor junior teammates, build reusable assets, coordinate with Product, Consulting, Services and SMEs, and deliver high‑impact demonstrations for blue‑chip clients in APAC. This role supports a hybrid work model across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FinTech with portfolio management and risk mgmt exposure.
• Proven track record of shaping and winning enterprise deals in financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional sales workstream end-to-end for APAC deals.
• Lead deals through stages, engage at executive level, shape the deal commercially.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align solution design with client needs.
• Mentor junior team members and raise the bar across the team.
• Frame technical answers in commercial terms for the audience.
• Document risk and gaps, plan PoC, and ensure clean handoff.
