Job summary

Tempo Software in Australia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with mid-market and enterprise accounts in the APAC region. You will translate complex business challenges into Tempo’s SPM and enterprise SaaS solutions, focusing on value, AI-driven insights, and measurable outcomes.

You’ll deliver architecture demos, lead discovery and RFP/POC cycles, enable partners, and help shape the product roadmap by feeding customer feedback into engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or enterprise consulting in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in Strategic Portfolio Management, PPM, or Enterprise Agility.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or predictive analytics in enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem (Jira Software, Confluence, etc.).
• Consultative mindset to map complex processes to automated software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural presentations, product demos, and value assessments to enterprise stakeholders.
• Advocate AI & SPM, showing data-driven optimization of workflows and capacity planning.
• Design enablement programs for global partners and ensure effective implementation.
• Lead technical pre-sales, discovery, architecture reviews, and RFP/POC processes.
• Feed enterprise customer insights back to product management to influence roadmap.
• Contribute to reusable demo environments and advanced integration patterns.
• Co-host technical workshops and events with partners and clients.
