Tempo is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the trusted advisor for Strategic Portfolio Management and enterprise agility solutions in APAC, based in Sydney. You will translate complex challenges into Tempo’s AI-driven SPM offerings, guiding mid-market and enterprise accounts with executive-level demonstrations and value assessments.

You will blend technical mastery with business acumen to optimize forecasting, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making across the region,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering (Pre-Sales) or enterprise consulting in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), PPM, Resource Management or Enterprise Agility.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics in enterprise software.
• Strong Atlassian Cloud ecosystem experience (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.).

Aufgaben

• Deliver architectural presentations and business value assessments to enterprise stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Articulate AI capabilities within Tempo’s SPM for workflow optimization and decision-making.
• Design and deliver technical enablement programs for global solutions partners.
• Provide technical pre-sales support for high-value opportunities; own discovery, architecture reviews, and RFP/POC phases.
• Feed enterprise customer insights and AI requests back to product management to shape roadmap.
• Create reusable demo environments, integration patterns, and technical documentation.
• Co-host technical workshops and industry events with partners and clients; travel as needed.
