Placements AI is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our APAC team in Sydney, Australia. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to guide enterprise customers through technical discovery, solution design, and PoC stages.

The role requires strong communication, deep SaaS knowledge, and ability to articulate complex workflows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A fast-growing, high-impact environment awaits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or related roles.
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles and complex technical evaluations.
Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive technical validation and solution alignment.
Lead technical discovery sessions on customer workflows, integrations, and objectives.
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to use cases and industry challenges.
Design scalable technical solutions leveraging Placements AI platform.
Lead PoC engagements and pilot programs for prospective customers.
Address technical questions on integrations, APIs, security, and architecture.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for successful outcomes.
Support RFPs, RFIs, and technical due diligence processes.
