Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join the ANZ team. You will partner with enterprise account teams to drive technical strategy, solution design, and customer outcomes across leading organisations, with a focus on Financial Services.

You will engage CIOs, CISOs, and Enterprise Architects to modernise, secure, and optimise the digital employee experience, while collaborating with Sales, CS, and Product to win and grow opportunities. Sydney/Melbourne based, hybrid/onsite role.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical pre-sales and/or consulting experience.
Strong discovery and value-selling capability.
Ability to present high-quality product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences.
Security and compliance knowledge, esp. Zero Trust and APRA requirements.
Familiarity with IRAP, Essential Eight, and government security frameworks.
Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead for strategic enterprise opportunities across ANZ.
evangelize Omnissa solutions and provide domain expertise to assist in closing business.
Deliver customer discovery workshops and identify business and technical challenges.
Design and present solutions across Digital Workspace, Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktops, and Zero Trust Security.
Develop business cases and articulate business value to technical and executive stakeholders.
Lead technical demonstrations, PoCs, RFP/RFI responses and architectural discussions.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and Product teams to drive customer success.
Develop industry-specific viewpoints and strategies, esp. Financial Services.
