Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant in Sydney to partner with Enterprise and Mid Market sales teams. You will uncover customer challenges, design integrated solutions, and deliver impactful demonstrations that highlight the value of the modern IAM platform.

You will work with stakeholders across Sales, PS, CS, Marketing and Product to shape technical strategy and drive revenue while traveling about 20%+ as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-enterprise pre-sales selling SaaS solutions.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of pre-sales in mid-market or enterprise cloud SaaS preferred.
• Proficient in software demonstrations, presentations and workshops.
• Experience with solution designs, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs.
• Proven experience working with C-suite executives.
• Experience selling to regulated industries (Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare).
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM and ECM systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP, web services and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Agreement creation, commitment and management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead on Enterprise and Mid Market accounts in ANZ.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services to maximise customer impact.
• Perform deep technology discovery with executive stakeholders.
• Inform account planning with strategic technical insights.
• Map challenges to IAM solution design and value messaging.
• Deliver product demonstrations, whiteboarding, and workshops.
• Travel 20% or more as needed.
