Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the Identity Experience program, owning architectures, patterns and standards while guiding delivery teams through configuration, development and deployment.

You will design CIAM solutions with Auth0 and Entra ID, implement phishing-resistant MFA, and ensure scalable, secure identity for partners. TOGAF preferred; strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing architectures for IAM-focused initiatives.
• Proven ability to define high-level designs and secure architectures that align with enterprise patterns.
• Experience collaborating with analysts to define business requirements and translate them into architecture.
• Occasional involvement in detailed design work as needed.
• Leadership in technical consultancy and cross-stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions architectures and standards for initiatives within the Bank.
• Own Architecture deliverables and secure endorsement from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts to capture requirements and craft high-level designs.
• Assist with detailed design work when required.
• Provide technical leadership to project managers and stakeholders.
• Develop architectures for complex, hybrid environments (cloud, on-prem, IAM).
• Drive certification processes and manage dependencies across projects.
