Job summary

DocuSign in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to partner with the Enterprise sales and services teams. You will discover customer challenges, design integrated solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations illustrating ROI from the Docusign platform.

You will communicate with C-suite and senior stakeholders, map business processes to IAM/CLM solutions, and drive successful, high ROI engagements across ANZ with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience in mid-enterprise SaaS sales.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and C-suite.
• Knowledge of enterprise software (ERP/CRM/ECM) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers in ANZ.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations and workshops.
• Partner with Sales, Services, Success and Product teams.
• Develop solution designs, roadmaps and RFP/RFI responses.
• Articulate ROI and business value to senior stakeholders.
