Job summary

AutoStore in Sydney, Australia, seeks a senior Global Solutions expert to engage customers, partners, and regional teams to design end-to-end automation and intralogistics solutions that fit AutoStore within the warehouse ecosystem.

You will support high-value opportunities with technical and commercial insight, influence solution roadmaps, and mentor regional teams while expanding knowledge of adjacent technologies and best practices across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial/solutions/customer-facing roles.
• Strong automation/robotics/intralogistics expertise with end-to-end warehouse knowledge.
• Proven experience in complex automation solutions and high-value opportunities.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Act as senior SME and mentor cross-functional teams across geography.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational challenges with customers and design end-to-end automation solutions.
• Support high-value opportunities with technical and commercial insights for ROI discussions.
• Build knowledge of adjacent technologies and how they interact with AutoStore.
• Act as senior Global Solutions expert and influence roadmap across teams.
• Share expertise, develop standards, and train regional teams and partners.
