Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Director of Solutions Development to lead the APAC region in shaping end-to-end automation and intralogistics solutions for complex customer operations. You will work with customers, partners, and regional teams to translate business needs into value-driven technical architectures.

You will influence solution development and roadmaps, act as a trusted advisor, and elevate the capabilities of the Solutions teams through mentorship and best-practice sharing across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial, solutions, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong domain expertise in automation, robotics, or intralogistics.
• Proven track record managing complex automation opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to influence global teams and act as a senior subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, partners, and regional teams to design end-to-end automation solutions.
