Delivery Centric Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect / ITOM Technical Consultant to lead architecture, design and hands-on implementation across ITOM, CMDB and enterprise integrations.

The role covers governance, solution design and technical leadership, with hands-on work in App Engine, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal and ITOM components.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience spanning architecture, consulting and hands-on delivery.
• Strong ITOM expertise including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM and connectors.
• Experience with pattern-based Discovery, MID Servers and CMDB governance.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform and application architecture and governance.

Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect / ITOM Technical Consultant

Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect / ITOM Technical Consultant to lead platform architecture, technical design and hands‑on implementation across ServiceNow ITOM and enterprise platform capabilities. The role combines architecture and governance with technical delivery across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, integrations and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Governance: Define architecture standards, platform roadmaps, governance frameworks and reusable design patterns. Lead technical design reviews and solution decisions.

ITOM & CMDB: Design, implement and optimise Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Service Graph Connectors, Cloud Discovery and CSDM. Configure Discovery patterns, schedules and MID Servers, and troubleshoot identification and reconciliation issues.

Application Development: Design and develop enterprise applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications and reusable components.

Portal & Workspace Solutions: Design and implement Employee Center, Service Portal, Service Provider Portal (SPP), Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspaces and UI Builder solutions.

Integrations: Design and implement secure, scalable integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers, connecting ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Workday and other enterprise platforms.

Technical Delivery: Develop solution designs, technical documentation and implementation plans. Support upgrades, enhancements, UAT, deployments, hypercare and ongoing platform optimisation.

Consulting & Technical Leadership: Lead technical workshops, advise stakeholders on solution options, mentor technical teams and support presales and solutioning activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, combining platform architecture, technical consulting and hands‑on implementation.

Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM and Service Graph Connectors.

Experience with pattern-based Discovery, MID Servers, CI relationships, identification and reconciliation processes, and CMDB governance.

Expertise in ServiceNow platform and application architecture, solution design and platform governance.

Hands‑on experience with App Engine, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Service Portal, Employee Center, Agent / Configurable Workspace and UI Builder.

Knowledge of upgrade-safe development, platform configuration and ServiceNow best practices.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow Event Management, ITOM Health, ITOM Visibility and Cloud Discovery across AWS, Azure or GCP.

Operational Intelligence, Health Log Analytics and Platform Analytics.

Employee Center Pro, Service Provider Portal, Advanced UI Builder, Service Operations Workspace and Customer Service Workspace.

Generative AI / Now Assist, App Engine Studio and Automation Center.

Certifications
