• Design and implement Service Mapping solutions for business-critical services and integrate with CMDB.
• Develop and customize patterns, probes, and sensors to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
• Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
• Ensure Service Mapping supports Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
• Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
