Job summary

TaltentTrek is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across Enterprise engagements, from stakeholder workshops through architecture, integration design and implementation oversight.

You will drive architectures across ITSM, ITOM, CSM and HRSD; establish platform standards for configuration, security and data management; and guide teams through integration design, testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations with architecture leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integration patterns and ITIL practices.
• Hands-on scripting (JavaScript) and API-based design for enterprise apps.

The ServiceNow Solution Architect leads the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise engagements, from stakeholder workshops through to architecture, integration design, and implementation oversight.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise technology standards.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand business processes, identify opportunities and define solution requirements.
• Develop solution architecture, technical specifications, integration designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Design solutions across relevant ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Establish standards for platform configuration, custom development, security, access controls and data management.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and integration tools.
• Oversee Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design, data quality and governance.
• Guide developers, administrators and consultants throughout implementation, testing and deployment.
• Review technical designs and code to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and reliable.
• Assess platform upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues and recommend performance improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, effort estimates and delivery plans.
• Support proposals, solution demonstrations and technical discussions with clients.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, including solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, automation and application development.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and access controls.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and ITIL principles.
• Experience with CMDB architecture, data modelling, migration and data governance.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Understanding of platform security, testing, release management and upgrade planning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: relevant ServiceNow certifications in administration, application development or implementation.
• Desirable: ServiceNow architect-level credentials.
• Desirable: ITIL certification.
• Desirable: experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and enterprise service management.
• Desirable: experience supporting presales activities and preparing solution proposals.
• Desirable: familiarity with Agile delivery and managing multiple implementation workstreams.
