ASX seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the design, build, and support of our digital engagement platform centered on the ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM stack. You will define technical solutions across multiple domains, working with a full-stack team to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient services for internal and external stakeholders.

You will automate workflows, maintain discovery and mapping patterns, and drive continuous improvement during major upgrades and module rollouts.

Formación

• Proven experience leading implementation, integration, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM.
• Experience translating complex user requirements into system design and code.
• System administration experience in UNIX and Windows environments.
• Strong communication with technical management and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow solution delivery.
• Develop, implement, and support ServiceNow ITSM, ATF, and ITOM platforms.
• Automate workflows and manage integrations and event rules.
• Support CMDB, ITOM data quality and alignment with CSDM.
• Oversee platform changes/releases and respond to technical inquiries from users.
