Candidates should have 3+ years of ServiceNow implementations, JS development experience, and strong ITSM module knowledge. Preferred certifications and experience with API integrations enhance candidacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in JavaScript or related application development.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver ServiceNow solutions and services in a client consulting environment.
• Lead implementation projects and collaborate with client teams.
• Travel as required, up to 100% depending on business needs.
