You will assess current-state processes, define solution options, determine integrations, and develop comprehensive implementation plans for enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in IT service management, deep ServiceNow expertise, and relevant CSA/CIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of industry experience in IT service management and enterprise solutions.
• Strong background and deep experience with ServiceNow, with relevant certifications.
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, architecture, and mapping of client requirements to technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine integration needs, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
• Lead architecture discussions and present to senior executives, coaching teammates as needed.
