Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Manager to oversee successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a client consulting environment. You will roll up your sleeves to develop on the ServiceNow platform, stay updated on new applications, and work in a process-oriented, collaborative setting with enterprise software clients.

Travel may be required; you will lead engagements from post-sales through delivery, manage teams, and report on plans, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
• Completed Certification - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Minimum of 1 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Project.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery or certification in project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Aufgaben

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery of the project (scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, business outcomes).
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables (project plan, issues/risk register, weekly status reports).
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders to solve governance and project/technical problems.
• Access to training and certification opportunities as a ServiceNow Business Group member.
