Thales Australia is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead development, integration, and governance across ITSM and IRM. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimise scalable ServiceNow solutions, enhancing service delivery and governance.

Applicants must have 4+ years in ServiceNow, a CSA certification, and experience in enterprise environments. Australia-wide remote-friendly role with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience incl ITSM/IRM.
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow development incl scripting.
• Experience delivering in enterprise environments.
• Strong ITIL understanding and governance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across teams.
• CSA certification required; CAD or ITSM/IRM certs valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimise the ServiceNow platform per best practices.
• Expand ITSM and IRM capabilities and shape the roadmap.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance through reviews and monitoring.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and UX.
• Support upgrades, releases, and documentation for critical apps.
• Translate business needs into clear technical designs.
• Contribute to development standards and governance frameworks.
