Job summary

Versent is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and SecOps. The role requires hands-on development, strong integrations experience, and a solid ITIL foundation to drive improvements and automation.

You will work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders and architects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
• Interest in expanding into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps or Security.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).
• Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Support integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
