Job summary

Versent in Australia is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead technical delivery, and ensure best practices.

Required: hands-on ServiceNow development, integrations experience, ITIL understanding, Agile delivery experience, and Australian security clearance.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
Experience with integrations and data migration.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
An interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps or Security.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).
Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Support integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance.
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
