Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange in Sydney, NSW seeks a Senior Engineer to lead ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM delivery, establish architecture patterns, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable modern digital engagement for internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive technical design, automation, and platform improvements while ensuring quality, security, and resilience across UNIX/Windows environments. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading implementation, integration, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Ability to translate complex end-user requirements to system requirements/code.
• System administration experience in UNIX and Windows environments.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of ServiceNow solution delivery.
• Develop, implement, and support ITSM, ITOM, and ATF platforms.
• Automate workflows and manage platform improvements and integrations.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance and incident/problem management.
