Job summary

Profectus is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a government agency in Australia. Lead design, configuration, and implementation across the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on governance, risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience building and configuring ServiceNow applications and integrations following best practices.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist level in ITSM/CSM/Data Foundations (CMDB/SDM).
• Proven delivery of ServiceNow outcomes in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate to technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence decisions and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and optimisation of ServiceNow solutions across the platform.
• Develop workflows, data models, integrations, dashboards, and automation to meet business outcomes.
• Contribute to IRM product design aligned to governance, risk, compliance objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to define target operating models and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on out-of-the-box functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other agency systems.
• Document designs, procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Follow development standards, code reviews, testing and release management.
• Support transition to internal agency support teams and handover.
