Job summary

Tech Mahindra Canberra is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to lead complex enterprise ServiceNow initiatives across ITSM modules and integrations. You will design workflows, implement UI components, and drive updates across Dev, Test, Prod environments with strong stakeholder collaboration.

You should have deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, discovery and integrations, plus scripting (JavaScript/Angular) and agile delivery in large teams.

Qualifications

7-10 years of engineering and development experience in enterprise tools for infrastructure operations like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
4-5+ years hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules development and implementation.
Hands-on experience with IT Services modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, CMDB, Release, Knowledge, Reporting, integration with web services.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Develop and optimize workflows, business rules, and UI components.
Coordinate migrations of update sets across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
