Job summary

Paxus is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to drive scalable, integrated solutions in enterprise service management. You will optimize ServiceNow platforms, develop ITSM/CSM/HRSD configurations and integrate with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, leveraging Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

The role requires strong collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders across large organisations, with a focus on security, data models and enterprise authentication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in ServiceNow development, administration or platform engineering.
• Proven expertise configuring, developing and supporting ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management and Contract Management.
• Solid track record developing and configuring ServiceNow capabilities such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, Catalog Items, Record Producers and Knowledge Management.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models and security principles.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, middleware and third-party platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, cloud infrastructure, identity management and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within large, complex enterprise environments with multiple systems and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, HAM, SAM and CM.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise apps using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Document technical designs, architecture and operational procedures.

• Ability to document technical designs, architecture and operational procedures thoroughly
• Awareness of emerging technologies and enterprise standards for solution development
• Proven success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration

Preferred Education and Experience:

• ServiceNow Administrator Certification or higher
• ITIL Practitioner Certification or higher
• Postgraduate qualifications or currently pursuing postgraduate studies complemented by extensive relevant experience
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training

• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders at all levels
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in occasional travel if required
