Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript) and platform development.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or SecOps modules is required.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and governance is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with good communication skills.
