Indigitise in Canberra is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to business requirements. You will build and optimize workflows with Flow Designer and Integration Hub, and develop REST/SOAP integrations across enterprise systems.

In addition, you will manage CMDB structures, ensure data integrity, and act as a technical mentor, guiding engineers through complex configurations and implementations within an Agile SDLC environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM and HRSD.
• Proven experience with CMDB and enterprise data models.
• Experience across full SDLC Lifecycle.
• Strong documentation, solution design, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (essential).
• ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required).
