Job summary

Accenture Australia P/L is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and integrations that meet business needs.

Qualified candidates have strong SNow scripting skills, familiarity with ITIL, and experience across ITSM/ITOM modules. This role requires onsite presence in Canberra and a Collaborative, delivery‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or SecOps modules is preferred.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and components.
• Develop custom apps and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages.
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and security hardening.
• Troubleshoot issues and integrate with third‑party tools via APIs.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders across IT teams.
