Job summary

Elysium Digital is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead a large transformation program in Canberra. You will work across platform configuration, workflow automation and integrations, delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions while engaging stakeholders and architects.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on development and administration expertise, strong ITSM and CMDB knowledge, and the ability to own technical outcomes from design to deployment within a complex enterprise

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Experience with ITSM, CMDB and service-morking data management.
Ability to design, build and integrate workflows and services.

Responsibilities

Configure, develop and maintain ServiceNow platform functionality.
Build and enhance workflows, approvals, forms, service catalogue items and user-facing applications.
Configure ITSM capabilities: Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge.
Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP and IntegrationHub.
Support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and data management.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot platform, integration and configuration issues.
Support testing, release management and deployment across environments.
Promote best practice with configuration over customization.
