Anglicare WA is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead and support the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative service design projects across the organisation. You will work with service teams, communities and partners using human-centred design to identify challenges and develop practical, meaningful solutions.

Based in East Perth with flexible working options, the role emphasizes research, prototyping and implementation, ensuring voices of service users stay central while driving

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading service design, human-centred design or innovation projects
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops, co-design activities and stakeholder engagement processes
• Strong research, discovery and insight generation skills
• Experience translating complex information into practical and user-centred solutions
• Strong understanding of design thinking, service design and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and complex environments
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Design, Human Services, Social Sciences, Innovation, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the design, delivery and evaluation of service design projects across the organisation
• Facilitate co-design activities, conduct research and discovery work, analyse insights and prototype solutions
• Support implementation and contribute to service improvement, innovation and systems change
