Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a senior service leadership professional to sustain mission-critical application services for a Defence client. You will own the health, reliability and performance of production and non-production environments, ensuring SLAs and outcomes are met.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of 50+ technical professionals across service operations and the help desk, shaping strategy, governance and improvement roadmaps with data-driven insights and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading service delivery in complex, high-availability environments.
• Advanced knowledge of IT service management including incident, problem, change and SLA management.
• Experience shaping service strategy, governance and improvement roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Executive communication with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities
