Hervey Bay Motor Group seeks a polished, highly experienced Senior Service Advisor to drive our front-of-house operations in Hervey Bay. You will own the end-to-end customer journey and act as the critical link between clients and the workshop.

This senior role requires ownership of the service desk, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care, securing bookings, and maintaining high CSI scores. Excellent base salary plus bonuses reflect experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Service Advisor in franchised dealership.
• Experience with Titan DMS.
• Elite verbal and written communication with a polished presentation.
• Proven track record of high CSI scores.

Responsibilities

• Identify client service or repair needs and manage expectations.
• Explain diagnostic results in clear terms to customers.
• Upsell scheduled maintenance and parts.
• Use Titan DMS to build job cards, manage repair orders and invoices.
• Communicate vehicle progress and pricing updates proactively.
• Ensure high client retention with timely resolutions and future bookings.
