Gold Coast Jaguar & Land Rover Southport are seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our Prestige dealership. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating service bookings and ensuring smooth end-to-end customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to build lasting relationships, and the confidence to upsell appropriate products and services. You will work closely with Sales, Parts and Workshop teams in a professional, team‑oriented

Qualifications

• Customer-focused automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are upheld.
• Coordinating service department and loan car bookings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer.
• Working collaboratively with Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing.
• Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well within a small team.
