Job summary

Brisbane Isuzu seeks a motivated Service Advisor to join the busy Service Department at the Eagle Farm dealership. You will be the key link between customers and workshop teams, delivering an outstanding service experience while keeping Queensland businesses moving.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will greet customers, manage bookings, document repairs, liaise with technicians, and prepare estimates and invoices. A professional presentation and positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advisory or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing service bookings.
• Documenting repair orders based on customer requirements.
• Liaising between customers and workshop technicians.
• Providing service updates and repair recommendations.
