Job summary

Xtreme Protection Group (XPG) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of security contracts across the ACT and surrounding region. This hands-on leadership role involves client relationship management and day-to-day service delivery across government, Defence, industrial and corporate environments.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian Government NV1 security clearance or higher, or eligible for reinstatement.
• Hold, or be eligible to hold, the appropriate ACT security licence.
• Have a current Australian driver1s license.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of security services contracts across government, Defence, industrial and corporate environments.
• Acting as the primary operational and relationship contact for assigned clients.
• Developing strong, professional and trusted relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.
• Maintaining oversight of contract performance, KPIs and service levels.
• Leading Site Supervisors and frontline security personnel.
• Conducting regular site visits, reviews, inspections and client meetings.
• Proactively identifying client requirements, service risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring staffing levels, rosters and attendance to ensure reliable service.
