Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a senior leader to oversee delivery of security services across a portfolio of SA client sites. You will drive service levels, profitability and risk management while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will lead a high-performing team, focus on growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with licensing and company policies. This role requires extensive security leadership experience and a current SA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or comparable labour-intensive service environment.
• Extensive experience managing a large workforce.
• Proven experience with contracts, service delivery, financial performance and operational risk.
• Business development capability with growth aptitude and tender experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
• Current SA driver’s licence.
• Australian Citizen with a NV1 clearance (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security services across client sites in SA.
• Ensure contractual service levels and customer expectations are met.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders; resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain a strong leadership team through coaching and development.
• Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing portfolio and support new business initiatives.
• Champion health, safety, wellbeing and environmental performance; manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, awards and company policies.
