Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a senior security operations leader to drive end-to-end service delivery across a diverse NSW client portfolio. You will ensure contractual service levels, foster strong client relationships and guide a capable management team toward safe, compliant and profitable operations.

You will lead workforce planning, rostering, and cost control while pursuing growth opportunities and contributing to bids and tenders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-site operations and large, dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, service delivery, financial performance and risk.
• Strong ability to translate P&L insights into action and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security service delivery across a multi-site NSW portfolio.
• Maintain contractual service levels, client relationships and operational standards.
• Lead, coach and develop management teams and frontline staff.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, cost control and revenue protection.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to proposals and tenders.
• Ensure compliance with Awards, policies and regulatory requirements.
