The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in sales development, particularly in SaaS, and a strong ability to hit KPIs. Formación

• 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs.
• Strong communicator, personable and adaptable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive outbound success through calls and emails.
• Coach junior SDRs and improve their skills.
• Book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
• Refine outreach processes and scripts.
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot accurately.
• Collaborate with AE to convert leads.
