What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow and own your territory across VIC/TAS – with autonomy and backing
• Build trusted store-level relationships across Bunnings and independents
• Be a go-to resource for the sales team – sharing what works and supporting others
• Align your field activity with national promotions and marketing campaigns
• Use data tools and reports to spot gaps, trends, and drive smarter sales
• Be a trusted sounding board to the Sales Manager, offering insights from the front line

What You Bring

• 2+ years\' success in field sales – ideally with hardware, trade, or tools
• Deep understanding of how to grow accounts like Bunnings or Mitre 10
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
• Able to influence and support others without needing a formal title
• Confident using sales data and territory planning tools
• Self-motivated, well-organised and proud of your professionalism
