Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Australia is seeking an Associate Director, Software Solution ANZ to lead growth of the CCH Integrator and CCH ifirm portfolio across enterprise and professional segments in Australia and New Zealand.

You will partner with executive leadership, drive GTM strategy, manage multi-million-dollar bookings, and build high-performing teams while strengthening relationships with C-suite and multinational clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software sales experience, including leading sales teams.
• Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to accelerate growth of ANZ portfolio.
• Own and deliver bookings, revenue, pipeline, and market share objectives.
• Lead and coach sales teams to achieve targets and drive excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes.
