The role targets revenue expansion, robust pipeline management, and a strong focus on cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing and Customer Success in a hybrid Australia-based setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software sales experience with 5+ years leading high-performance sales teams.
• Proven track record of multi-million revenue growth within enterprise software, SaaS, or related tech sectors.
• Experience selling tax/finance/regulatory tech or ERP in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to accelerate ANZ growth for the software portfolio.
• Own annual bookings, revenue, pipeline and market share objectives across enterprise and professional segments.
• Lead executive-level engagements with C-Suite, Finance, Tax, and Technology stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to secure strategic opportunities.
• Foster high-performing teams through coaching, performance management and succession planning.
