Job summary

Rawson Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to be the friendly face at our display centre, turning enquiries into opportunities and delivering a standout customer experience across Sales, Marketing and Warranty.

You will welcome customers, qualify leads in Salesforce, present designs and inclusions, and keep customers informed via phone and email while supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence.
• Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or higher real estate licence.
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and make every display-centre visit count
• Qualify enquiries and manage leads, appointments and follow-ups in Salesforce
• Bring our designs, inclusions and building journey to life
• Keep customers informed across phone, email and other channels
• Support the sales team and keep display homes looking their best

What we're looking for

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Sales support or customer service experience; property or building experience is a bonus
• A passion for new homes and a natural ability to build relationships
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; industry systems experience is advantageous
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and experience

• Current driver's licence

• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
