Job summary

Rawson Homes is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to welcome customers at our display centre, qualify enquiries and manage leads, appointments and follow-ups in Salesforce. You will bring our home designs, inclusions and building journey to life, keeping customers informed across phone, email and other channels.

Availability to work weekends/public holidays is required; prior sales support or customer service experience, especially in property or building, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in sales support or customer service; real estate experience is a bonus.
• Passion for new homes and the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; industry systems beneficial.
• Proactive and organized in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

• Sales support or customer service experience; property or building experience is a bonus
• A passion for new homes and a natural ability to build relationships
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; industry systems experience is advantageous
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and experience

• Current driver's licence
• Current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, or a higher relevant real estate licence (preferred)
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
