Rawson Group seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead the digital delivery of projects, manage Autodesk Forma and BIM standards, and support cross-functional teams in design, estimating and construction. You will create Revit models, develop workflows, and implement automation to improve data quality and project outcomes.

The role emphasizes hybrid work flexibility, collaboration with a growing team, and opportunities to contribute to residential builds across NSW and ACT.

Competenze

• Qualification in Construction Management, Drafting, Engineering, BIM or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant BIM certification highly regarded.

You'll lead Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud) processes, maintain Revit and BIM standards, improve data quality and support project teams to deliver better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Administer Autodesk Forma
• Coordinate BIM processes across design, estimating and construction teams
• Create and maintain Revit models, families, templates and project information
• Develop BIM standards, workflows and training materials
• Perform quality reviews and clash detection
• Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders
• Creating scripts and programs to automate workflows and maintenance of Revit files

Experience we'd love to see:

• Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role, ideally within construction or residential building
• Experience using PyRevit and Dynamo
• Advanced Revit skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Understanding of residential construction and project delivery
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proven knowledge in script writing and coding using Python, C# or Revit API knowledge
• Experience using AI to help implement automations

Qualifications and experience

• Qualification in Construction Management, Drafting, Engineering, BIM or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant BIM certification highly regarded
