Job summary

Rawson Homes in Sydney seeks a Senior Sales Associate to welcome customers, qualify leads, and bring home designs to life at our display centre. You will manage appointments, follow-ups in Salesforce, and keep clients informed via phone and email, supporting the sales team to maintain standout display homes.

The role requires weekend availability and a passion for new homes, with a bonus-driven environment and collaborative team across Sales, Marketing and Warranty.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales support experience with a focus on client relationships.
• Experience in property or building sectors is a bonus.
• Current driver’s licence and relevant real estate certificate/licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and make display-centre visits count.
• Qualify enquiries and manage leads, appointments and follow-ups in Salesforce.
• Present designs and building journey to life for customers.
• Keep customers informed across phone, email and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and make every display-centre visit count
• Qualify enquiries and manage leads, appointments and follow-ups in Salesforce
• Bring our designs, inclusions and building journey to life
• Keep customers informed across phone, email and other channels
• Support the sales team and keep display homes looking their best

What we're looking for

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Sales support or customer service experience; property or building experience is a bonus
• A passion for new homes and a natural ability to build relationships
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; industry systems experience is advantageous
• A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and experience

• Current driver’s licence
• Current Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, or a higher relevant real estate licence (preferred)
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
