Job summary

REA Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships with a portfolio of tier 1–3 customers. You will understand each customer’s business and connect them with REA people and solutions to support their goals.

This role involves regular in-person engagement and a customer-facing focus. You’ll own a defined portfolio, coordinate with specialists to create value, and drive retention and revenue through product upgrades.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a portfolio of customers.
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate into value with cross-functional support.
• Strong communication skills with executives and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across a defined customer portfolio and territory.
• Understand customer needs, identify opportunities to create value, and bring in the right specialists to help.
• Support customer retention and revenue growth through relevant product upgrades and solutions.
• Lead quarterly business conversations that help customers get more value from REA products and features, partnering with Customer Success where appropriate.
• Build and deliver a strategic portfolio and territory plan, with clear customer engagement priorities.
• Customer Support and Sales Support to deliver a connected customer experience.
