Smarter Communities is a leading Australian community management company seeking a Senior Relationship (Strata) Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio and act as trusted advisor to committees, owners and stakeholders.

You'll leverage our specialist teams and advanced systems to deliver exceptional service, coordinate maintenance, and support governance requirements while aiming for continuous improvement and client value. This role offers hybrid work with focus on relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Class 1 Strata Manager with a strong portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of strata legislation and governance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of strata communities and act as the key relationship manager for committees and stakeholders.
• Provide proactive guidance and interpretation of strata legislation and governance requirements.
• Coordinate correspondence with owners, tenants and contractors in a professional manner.
• Work with the Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes, approvals and work orders.
• Prepare and facilitate AGMs and committee meetings, including agendas, budgets and minutes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
