REA Group is seeking a strategic, senior leader to head Industry Partnerships, Sponsorships and Training on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role spans Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid working and a focus on unifying partnerships enterprise-wide and driving product adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading B2B partnerships, sponsorships or enterprise programs.
• Experience shaping strategy and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate insights into program design and ROI.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment and in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Industry Partnerships & Training strategy across key product areas.
• Unify sponsorships and partnerships to maximise ROI and align with GTM plans.
• Design scalable customer training programs for 1-to-many delivery across segments.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to deliver joint programs and data-driven insights.
• Lead enterprise relationships and drive growth through sponsorships and partnerships.
